摘要
分析了韶山换流站以冷却塔为换热设备的水—水冷却系统出现冷却能力不足、换热盘管结垢、长藻等问题,提出了冷却塔冗余配置、喷淋水沉淀物、微生物控制优化方案。分析了酒泉换流站以空冷器为换热设备的水—风冷却系统出现的夏季高温冷却能力不足、热风循环、冬季管道冻裂等问题,提出了辅助冷却、防热风循环、防冻优化设计;通过对两种典型水冷方式的优化分析,提出运维改进措施。
This paper analyzes cooling tower5s redundancy design and chemical feeding technology of spray water in order tokeep the cooling capacity of the water cooling system in Shaoshan converter station. It also gives optimizations of Jiuquanconverter station such as assistant cooling and air circulation and antifreeze measures in order to keep cooling capacity of the aircooling system. Through the comparison of these two typical cooling systems, it comes up with improvements of the converterstation’s operation and maintenance.
