摘要
根据影响堤防工程的因素,建立了堤防工程安全综合评价指标体系,将模糊综合评价法与层次分析法结合,构建了堤防工程安全模糊层次分析评价模型,并以兴城河城区段为例,进行左岸及右堤防工程安全综合评价,指出该方法简单易用、评价结果合理可靠。
The embankment project safe evaluation index system is build based on its influencing factors. Coupled with the Fuzzy analysis method and Analytical Hierarchy Process, the safety evaluation model is established. Taking the embankment of Xingcheng river as an example, the safe-ty of its left and right embankment is evaluated based on the model. Point out Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method is simply and reliably.
