According to the problems in the housing architectural techniques including the serious pollution, many hidden hazards, and unreason-able management, the paper points out the ideas for the innovative housing architectural techniques, and points out the main measures for the con-struction technique innovation from the concrete technique, construction quality control, and development of informationized technique.
