摘要
结合浙江乐清湾项目实践经验,从思想认识、组织机构、培训教育、施工现场、奖罚机制等角度,阐述了施工企业班组作业标准化管理策略,改善了项目管理粗放、施工现场混乱的现状。
Combining with practical experience of Leqingwan project of Zhejiang, starting from aspects of ideological understanding, institutional framework, cultivation education, construction field and reward and punishment system, the paper describes standard management strategies of team work for construction enterprises, which improves extensive project management and chaotic construction field status.
