摘要
终身教育主体是为终身教育提供办学场所、教学活动、管理服务、政策和制度、理论研究等的各类组织机构,体现出鲜明的多元、开放的特点;在终身教育视阈中,学校、政府、社区、企业以及图书馆、博物馆等主体的内涵、功能等都发生了新的变化;在以人为本理念下,终身教育主体需要通过制度突破、资源开放、机构创新和工具选择等途径实现相互沟通和有机连接,以构建开放灵活、有效的终身教育体系。
The main bodies of lifelong learning provide lifelong learning school-running sites, teaching activities, administration service, policy and system, and theoretic research with various organizations and institutions, which present clear characteristics of diversity and openness. Under the perspective of life-long learning, there have been new changes in the connotation and func-tion of these bodies such as school, government, community, enterprise, library and museum, etc. Guided by the human-orien-ted idea, it is necessary for these main bodies to realize mutual communication and organic connection by institutional break-through, resource opening, systematic innovation and technology selection, in order to construct an open, flexible and effective life-long education system.
