探讨药物联合内观疗法对抑郁症患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of drug therapycombined with Naikan therapy on patients with depression

目的:探究内观疗法联合药物治疗对抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法:将158例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(78例)和对照组(80例)。两组患者均接受SSRI类药物治疗;研究组患者同时给予集中内观和分散内观治疗。治疗前后,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和家庭功能评定量表(FAD)对两组患者进行评估。结果:治疗前,两组患者的SSRS评分和FAD评分无统计学差异。在干预后,研究组患者的SSRS评分明显高于对照组,研究组患者的FAD评分明显低于对照组,有统计学差异。结论:内观疗法联合药物治疗可以提高患者的社会支持感,改善其家庭功能,值得推广。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of Naikan therapy combined with drug therapy on patients with depression.Methods： A total of 158 depression patients were randomly divided into study group（ 78 cases） and control group（ 80 cases）. The two groups were treated with SSRIs drugs. Besides,the study group was given Naikan treatment（ including centralized within concept and dispersion Vipassana）. The patients were assessed by social support sating scale（ SSRS） and the family assessment device（ FAD）before and after the intervention. Results： There were no statistically significant differences in the SSRS and FAD scores between the two groups before the treatment. After the intervention,the SSRS score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the FAD score was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions： The Naikan therapy combined with drug therapy can improve the patient＇s social support and family function,and it is worthy of promotion in the patients with depression.
