护理干预对精神分裂症患者利培酮治疗依从性的影响

Effects of nursing intervention on schizophrenic patients' adherence to Risperidone treatment

目的:评价护理干预对精神分裂症患者利培酮治疗依从性的效果。方法:将50例精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各25例。两组患者均给予利培酮治疗,对照组患者采用常规的精神科护理和一般的心理健康教育;研究组患者在对照组的基础上增加护理干预。比较两组患者服药的整体依从性以及其家属对护理干预的整体满意度。结果:研究组患者服药的依从性(92.00%)明显比对照组高;其家属对护理干预的整体满意度(88.00%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预应用于利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者具有良好的治疗依从性效果,可在临床推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate effects of nursing intervention on schizophrenic patients＇ adherence toRisperidone treatment.Methods： 50 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group（ n = 25） and research group（ n = 25）. The two groups were given Risperidone treatment. Besides,the control group acceptedthe routine psychiatric care and general mental health education,while the researchgroup received the nursing intervention based on those of the control group. The patients＇ medication compliance and their family members＇ overall satisfaction on the nursing intervention of the two groups were compared. Results： The medication compliance（ 92. 00%） of theresearch group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the overall satisfaction on the nursing intervention of the patients＇ family members（ 88. 00%） was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：Risperidone in the treatment of the patients with schizophrenia has a good adherence,and is suitable for application in the clinic.
