中国法治政府建设新举措——《法治政府建设纲要(2015—2020年)》之解读

New Measures for the Construction of Government by Law in China——An Interpretation of the Outline of the Construction of the Government by Law(2015—2020)

中共中央和国务院联合颁布的《法治政府建设纲要(2015-2020年)》不仅为2020年中国基本建成法治政府指明了方向和道路,而且为基本建成中国法治政府规定了许多新举措。《纲要》规定的这些新举措为行政机关依法行政和基本建成法治政府提供了手段保障。只有善用和综合利用这些新型手段,才能如期实现法治政府基本建成的宏伟目标。

The Outline of the Construction of a Government by Law( 2015—2020),jointly promulgated by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,not only specifies the direction and path for China to basically complete the rule of law in 2020,but also stipulates many new measures for the basic completion of the rule of law in China. These new measures stipulated by the outline provide a means for the administrative organizations to carry out administration according to law and to basically complete the government under the rule of law.Only by making full use of and utilizing these new means can we realize the ambitious goal of building the government under the rule of law as scheduled.
