摘要
2011年3月11日,日本东北部海域发生大地震,引发的日本福岛核事故对国际核能界产生了巨大影响,同时也造成巨大的经济损失。在事故发生后,日本政府采取了应急措施,包括对食品、饮用水消费等进行限制以应对福岛地区部分食物和水受到核污染。通过大量的数据证明,福岛核事故对人和非人类物种的辐射影响是有限的。系统总结了日本政府应对福岛核事故所采取的食品和饮用水管理措施及影响。在总结日本福岛核事故的经验和教训的基础上,对我国制定相关预案提出部分建议。
On 11 March 2011,earthquake in northeastern Japan caused a Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan. It has a tremendous impact on the international nuclear industry,and also cause huge economic losses. After the accident,the Japanese government takes emergency measures,including food,drinking water consumption and other restrictions on the Fukushima region to deal with some of the food and water by nuclear pollution. Through a large number of data to prove that Fukushima nuclear accident on human and non-human species radiation effects are limited. This paper systematically summarizes the food and drinking water management measures and impacts of the Japanese government on the Fukushima nuclear accident. On the basis of summarizing the experiences and lessons of the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan,it puts forward some suggestions on the formulation of relevant plans in China.
