摘要
供水管网作为供水系统的重要组成,在地震作用下易遭受破坏,给人民群众的生活、生命和财产安全带来严重危害。针对如何定量化评价供水管线地震脆弱性问题,降低此类危害发生的可能性,从而提升供水管线的抗灾复原能力,首次基于蝴蝶型突变理论,选择与抗震能力密切相关联的因素,组成评估管线抗震能力系统,并对北京供水管线进行地震脆弱性评估,使得评估结果更具有科学性和可靠性。
Water supply network as an important component of the water supply system, it is easy to suffer damage under the earthquake, resulting in serious harm to the peoples life, life and property safety. In view of how quantitative assessment of water supply pipeline seismic vulnerability problem, reducing the occurrence of the possibility of such harm, so as to enhance the water pipeline disaster resilience, it was the first time based on butterfly catastrophe theory, to select closely associated seismic capacity factors, comprising of earthquake ability evaluation system. The Beijing water supply pipeline for seismic vulnerability evaluation was carried out. The evaluation result is more scientific and reliable.
