600MW super-critical unit water consumption reduction reconstruction practice

湖南华电长沙发电有限公司超临界机组在节能创效中针对自身设备的情况,提出了一系列净水、除盐、精处理系统的节水降耗改造方案。对改造方案实施流程进行了介绍,对实施效果及相应经济效益进行了分析。认为方案实施后,效果较好,该改造方案可为同类型电厂相应改造提供参考。

This paper introduced the condition of the super-critical unit of Huadian Changsha Power Plant. A series of reconstruction plan which included water purification,desalination and water consumption reduction of precision processing system was indicated. This paper introduces the implementation process and analyzes the effect and the corresponding economic benefits.After implementation,good results have been achieved. The scheme is to provide reference for the corresponding transformation of the same type of power plant.
