热处理工艺对铸造TiAl基合金组织及性能的影响

摘要 设计并研究了淬火+回火+短时高温处理的热处理工艺对Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。首先采用80 kg真空自耗凝壳炉浇注了Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金试棒,经热等静压处理后,进行淬火+回火+短时高温的热处理。其中淬火为1 390℃下保温10 min后分别采用油冷、水冷和空冷的不同冷却方式;回火处理为1 230℃下保温6 h;短时高温处理选择1 320℃下保温8 min。研究结果表明热等静压后Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金经淬火(水冷)+回火+短时高温处理热处理,晶粒尺寸可细化到30~50μm,力学性能得到提高。 The heat treatment process of quenching + tempering + short-time high temperature treatment for the Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy was designed and studied. The Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy test bars were melted and casted using a 80 kg consumable vacuum skull furnace. After hot isostatic pressing(HIP), the bars were trea-ted by designed heat treatment process. For quenching, different cooling methods were studied including oil cooling, water cooling and air cooling after 10-min holding at 1 390℃. Tempering treatment was performed at 1 230℃ for 6 h. 8-min holding at 1 320℃ was selected as the short time high temperature treatment process. The results showed that through the designed heat treatment, the grain size of Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb al-loy could be refined to 30 pm ?50pm and the mechanical properties were improved as well.
