互联网反垄断问题研究

Research on Internet Antitrust Issue

由于互联网行业具有自然垄断的特征,目前我国互联网行业的垄断局面迅速形成并不断加强。垄断的市场结构给市场竞争秩序和消费者福利都带来了很多的威胁。本文从理论上探讨了互联网行业垄断市场结构的形成机制。研究了目前我国互联网行业垄断市场结构带来的社会规制和反垄断法制完善问题,并针对这些主要问题从立法和执法两方面提出了对策建议。

Due to the natural monopoly characteristic of internet industry, monopoly has formed in most internet related industries in China. Monopoly lead to threaten to competition and customer welfare. This article discussed the mechanism which formed the monopoly structure of internet related industries. This article also researched the regulation and anti-trust problem caused by monopoly of internet related industries, further, we also provided the suggestion from legislation and antitrust law enforcement perspective.
