摘要
随着移动互联网发展,各类移动APP层出不穷,用户个人信息成为移动互联网多个参与主体抢夺的目标,个人信息保护成为网络时代的研究热点。一些国家尝试通过立法,保障网络上的个人信息。本文通过调研55个中文移动APP和20个英文移动APP的"用户隐私声明"文本内容,发现中文APP明显存在"用户隐私声明"文本框架不完整、服务商收集和使用用户信息的告知义务不规范等现象。
With the development of mobile APP, personal data protection becomes a hot topic. This article analyzed privacy policy of 55 Chinese mobile APP and 20 English mobile APP, found that Chinese APP privacy policy is incomplete from the users’ point of view, some Chinese service providers didn’t inform the users what data they collected and how they used the data.
