摘要 目的评价Solis椎间融合器治疗Ⅱ型或Ⅱa型Hangman骨折的临床疗效。方法采用Solis椎间融合器治疗16例Ⅱ型或Ⅱa型Hangman骨折患者。记录术前、术后各时段颈部疼痛VAS评分、枢椎移位及成角、C2~3椎间隙高度及颈椎活动度。结果患者均获得随访,时间18~65个月。术后各时段颈部疼痛VAS评分、枢椎成角、枢椎移位、颈椎活动度均较术前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后各时期颈椎活动度明显改善(P<0.05)。结论应用Solis颈椎间融合器治疗Ⅱ型或Ⅱa型Hangman骨折能重建上颈椎生理解剖结构,维持颈椎稳定。 Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of Solis cervical cage implantation for treatment of type Ⅱ orⅡa Hangman's fractures. Methods A total of 16 cases with type Ⅱ or Ⅱa Hangman's fractures underwent anterior Solis cervical cage implantation. The clinical neck pain VAS,the axis angular variation and displacement,the C2 - 3intervertebral height,the scope of cervical motion were recorded and analyzed. Results All patients were followed up,the time ranged from 18 months to 65 months. The neck pain VAS,the axis angular variation and displacement,the scope of cervical motion were obviously improved,there were significant differences between the data of preoperation and follow-up( P〈0. 05). The scope of cervical motion was improved obviously in the different periods( P〈0. 05).Conclusions The implantation of Solis cage for treatment of type Ⅱ or Ⅱa Hangman's fractures can physiologically rebuild cervical anatomy,which promises the stability of cervical vertebrae.
