防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折

Treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with proximal femoral nail antirotation

目的探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法采用PFNA内固定术治疗89例股骨转子间骨折患者。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~12个月。患者骨折均愈合良好,未出现感染、骨不连及内固定失败等并发症。1例术后半年发生脑梗死。末次随访按照髋关节Harris功能评分评价疗效:优43例,良38例,可7例,差1例,优良率91%。结论 PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折固定可靠,创伤较小,可早期下床活动,疗效较好。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with proximal femoral nail antirotation（ PFNA）. Methods Total 89 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated by PFNA.Results All patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months. The fractures were healed well. No infection,nonunion and internal fixation failure happened. One case suffered from cerebral infarction at half a year after operation. At the last follow-up,the score of post-traumatic Harris hip function were excellent in 43 cases,good in 38,fail in 7,and poor in 1,the excellent and good rate of the operation was 91%. Conclusions PFNA for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures is reliable internail fixation,less trauma,early ambulation,the curative effect is better.
