装有液压互联悬架车辆的越野性能仿真与试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 鉴于传统车辆的悬架系统所配的前、后横向稳定杆,往往不能兼顾操纵稳定性和越野性能,本文中提出了一种液压互联悬架,分别建立了安装横向稳定杆和安装液压互联悬架的整车动力学模型,设计并开发出液压互联悬架功能样车。基于动力学模型和功能样车进行仿真和试验,分析了在扭曲模态下,车身附加扭矩和车轮垂向载荷的变化。仿真和试验结果基本吻合,表明液压互联悬架系统能提高车辆侧倾稳定性,且不会额外增加车身承受的扭矩;同时,4个车轮的垂向载荷分布更加均匀,进一步提高了车辆的越野性能。 In view of that the traditional suspension system of vehicle equipped with front and rear anti-roll stabilizer bars is unable to well achieve both handling stability and off-road performances concurrently,a hydraulically interconnected suspension system is proposed in this paper. Firstly,both vehicle dynamics models with transverse stabilizer bar and with hydraulically interconnected suspension system are created respectively and a functional sample vehicle with hydraulically interconnected suspension system is built. Then both simulations on dynamics models and tests on sample vehicle are conducted respectively to analyze the changes of additional twisting moment of vehicle body and the vertical load of wheels under twisting mode. The results of simulation basically well agree with that of tests,which shows that hydraulically interconnected suspension system can enhance the rolling stability of vehicle without additionally increasing the twisting moment of vehicle body,and the vertical loads on four wheels are more evenly distributed,further enhancing the off-road performance of vehicle.
