摘要
以亲水性聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯等为原料制备了水溶性聚氨酯灌浆材料,研究了聚醚多元醇的官能度、相对分子质量、氧化乙烯含量对水溶性聚氨酯灌浆材料性能的影响。结果表明,相对分子质量为10000、官能度为4、氧化乙烯质量分数为65%的亲水性聚醚多元醇比较适合本体系,在预聚体溶液NCO质量分数为9.0%时,得到的灌浆材料包水量达25倍,其固结体抗压强度达3.94 MPa。
Water-soluble polyurethane grouting materials were prepared with the hydrophilic polyether polyol, toluene diisocyanate as main raw materials. The functionality ol the polyether polyol, molecular weight and ethylene oxide content on the properties ol water-soluble polyurethane grouting materials were investigated. The results showed that the hydrophilic polyether polyols was suitable lor this system when relative molecular weight was 10000, functionality was 4, mass fraction ol ethylene oxide segment was 65%. When mass fraction ol NCO in the prepolymer solution was 9.0%, the wrapped water content ol the grouting material could reach up to 25 times, the compressive strength ol its solidilied material could reach to 3. 94 MPa.
