摘要
以da Vinci外科手术系统为代表的手术机器人以其全新的理念和技术优势,在诸多外科领域得到越来越广泛的应用。机器人手术在微创的前提下,使复杂手术的可行性、精确性得到显著的提高。借助高分辨率数字信号的传输技术,机器人手术使远程手术成为可能,将来可能对外科手术的理念和手术模式转变产生影响。手术机器人的研发工作也不断取得进步,在克服不足、完善功能的基础上,新型智能手术机器人将会很快进入临床。随着使用成本的下降,手术机器人将逐步普及推广,推动微创外科达到新的高度。
The robotic technology represented by da Vinci surgical system has been applied more and more widely in various region of surgery,with its novel idea and technogical advantage. On the premise of minimally invasive, robotic surgery has evidently improved feasibility and accuracy of complicated operation. By means of transmission technology of high-resolution digital signals, robotic surgery make tele-operation become possible, which may affect idea and mode transformation of surgery. The research and development of surgical technology also continues progressing, overcomig deficiency and polishing up functions. The new and intelligent robotic system will be soon put into clinical application. With a decline in the cost, the robotic surgery will be gradually popularized, and promote the minimally invasive surgery to a new height.
