摘要
从吴一安提出的教师知识框架出发,探究教材开发实践对教师专业发展的影响。对问卷结果和访谈纪要的分析表明,教师参与教材开发项目对技术性知识、实践性知识和解放性知识的增长均有促进作用,主要表现在教师的语言能力得到提高,教材使用行为得到改进,教学观念发生转变,专业发展自信、创造力与自我效能感明显增强。
Starting from the perspective of the teacher knowledge framework proposed by WU Yi' an, this paper,by means of questionnaires and focus group interviews with 13 college English teachers engaging in the Medical English Textbook Project of Gannan Medical College, explores the impact of the textbook development practice on the college English teachers' professional development. Results show that the teachers' participation in the textbook development practice has promoted the technical knowledge, practical knowledge and liberation of knowledge, mainly displaying in enhancing teacher's language ability, improving the teaching material use behavior, changing the teaching ideas, and significantly enhancing the professional development confidence, creativity, and self - efficacy.
