摘要
目的研究改性葡聚糖纳米凝胶的止血效果。方法通过试管法比较纳米凝胶与市售止血剂血盾的体外凝血效果;建立新西兰兔耳缘静脉、耳动脉、肝脏及股动脉出血模型,分别用医用纱布、血盾和纳米凝胶止血,根据止血时间和出血量评价止血效果。结果纳米凝胶体外凝血优于血盾,且凝血过程不产热。耳缘静脉及耳动脉出血模型中,纳米凝胶的止血时间和出血量明显低于医用纱布,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);纳米凝胶略低于血盾,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肝脏出血模型中,纳米凝胶的止血时间明显低于医用纱布和血盾,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);股动脉出血模型中,纳米凝胶止血时间比血盾短。结论改性葡聚差异有统计学意义糖纳米凝胶止血效果优异,是一种良好的止血材料。
Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect of modified dextran nanogel. Methods The in vitro blood clotting ability of nanogel and commercial hemostatic agent Flashclot was evaluated by inverting tubes. Hemorrhage models of ear vein, ear artery, liver and femoral artery in New Zealand rabbits were established. Then hemostatic effect was evaluated by observing total blood loss and hemostatic time stopped bleeding with standard gauze, Flashclot and nanogel. Results Nanogel showed better clotting ability than commercial hemostatic agent Flashclot in vitro, and nanogel did not cause exotbermic burn when absorbing liquid, which was superior to Flashclot. Compared with standard gauze, the blood loss and hemostasis time were dramatically reduced by nanogel in hemorrhage models of ear vein and ear artery (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01); Flashclot and nanogel had no statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). Compared with standard gauze and Flashclot, hemostasis time were dramatically reduced by nanogel in hemorrhage models of liver (P 〈 0.05). Hemostasis time of nanogel was shorter than Flashclot in hemorrhage models of femoral artery. Conclusion The hemostatic effect of the modified dextran nanogel was excellent and it can be a potential hemostatic agent.
