我院临床医生心理健康与应对方式和社会支持的相关性研究

A study on the relationship among mental health and social support, coping style of clinicians in our hospital

目的了解新疆医科大学第一附属医院临床医生心理健康与应对方式、社会支持的相关性。方法 2015年1~12月分层随机抽取新疆医科大学第一附属医院儿科急诊、内科、外科临床医生673名进行问卷调查,应用一般情况调查表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应对方式评定量表、社会支持量表进行调查分析。采用Pearson相关分析探讨SCL-90评分与应对方式和社会支持的相关性。结果不同年龄组间解决问题和主观支持差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同婚姻状况间合理化和主观支持差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同科室间解决问题和退避差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自责、退避、合理化、幻想与SCL-90各维度均呈正相关关系(P<0.05),解决问题与SCL-90中人际敏感、抑郁呈负相关关系(P<0.05),主观支持、客观支持与人际敏感呈负相关关系(P<0.05),支持利用度与抑郁、焦虑呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论合理的应对方式及社会支持在我院临床医生心理健康中起到一定作用。

Objective To explore the correlation among mental health and coping style, social support of clinicians in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. Methods From January to December 2015, by stratified random sampling method, 673 clinicians from Departments of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics Emergency in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as study subjects. General questionnaire, symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90）, coping style scale and social support scale were used for investigation. Relationship among SCL-90 score and coping style, social support were determined by Pearson correlation analysis. Results There were significant differences between different age groups in solving problems and subjective support （P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differ- ences between different marriage in rationalization and subjective support （P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences between different departments in solving problems and avoidance （P 〈 0.05）. Self-blame, retreat, rationalization and fantasy were positively correlated with SCL-90 （P 〈 0.05）. Problem solving was negatively correlated with interpersonal sensi- tivity and depression in SCL-90 （P 〈 0.05）. Subjective support and objective support were negatively Correlated with interpersonal sensitivity （P 〈 0.05）. Support utilization was negatively correlated with depression and anxiety （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The mental health condition of clinicians in our hospital is influenced by coping style and social support.
