摘要
业务能力与心理特征是高校辅导员的职业能力之一。提升高校辅导员职业能力,对建设高水平辅导员队伍、保障高校和谐稳定发展有着重要意义。当前我国高校辅导员职业能力建设存在能力要求不合理、能力结构不平衡、能力发展不持久等问题,进一步改进辅导员职业能力建设需要从组织、培训、科研、考核等方面下功夫,构建提升高校辅导员职业能力的OTRAP模式。
Professional qualifications and psychological traits are important elements in college advi- sors' occupational ability. Improving advisors' occupational ability greatly contributes to the con- struction of highly qualified college advisors team and the stable and harmonious development of colle- ges and universities. As far as occupational ability is concerned, college advisors face problems such as unreasonable requirements, structural imbalances and non--persistent development. Improvement of the situation requires efforts to organize, train and evaluate advisors in better ways and promote their scientific research ability.
