摘要
本文以创新团队中的两类知识演化模式——知识整合与知识创造为切入点,以共享心智模式为中介,探讨移动社会化媒体对创新团队中的知识演化模式的影响机制。通过使用与满足理论,理解创新团队成员使用移动社会化媒体的四个需求对团队共享心智模式两个度量维度——相似性和准确性的作用,进而研究共享心智模式对知识整合与知识创造的不同影响程度,最终形成移动社会化媒体对创新团队中的知识演化机制的影响框架。其研究成果将完善移动社会化媒体以及创新团队中知识管理的理论框架,为移动社会化媒体的健康发展和规范使用提供理论支持。
This paper researched the influence mechanism of mobile social media to knowledge evolution of innovation teams, from the view of two ways of knowledge evolution which are knowledge integration and knowledge creation, mediated by teams' shared mental model. By the use and gratification theory, we illustrated the influence of four needs of team members using mobile social media on two scales of shared mental model measuring, which were the similarity and accuracy. Then, we clarified the different impact types of teams' shared mental models on knowledge integration and knowledge creation. At last, we established the framework of usage and influ- ence of mobile social media on innovation teams' knowledge evolution. This paper could perfect the theoretical framework of mobile social media and knowledge management in innovation teams, and offer the theoretical support of the healthy development and regulatory use of mobile social media.
