摘要
文章针对属强NP-hard的离散时间-费用平衡问题,对其进行分类研究,第一类是确定型网络的时间-费用平衡;第二类是随机型网络的时间-费用平衡。在此基础上,重点研究了近年来用元启发式算法求解离散时间-费用平衡问题的研究进展。最后,指出了该问题需进一步研究的方向。
This paper makes a dynamic complete life table for continuous years from 2016 to 2040, and gives a precise population prediction by using age shift algorithm model with variable parameters. The result shows that China' s population will peak at 1.405 billion in 2025, and that around 2040 China will become one of the "super low fertility" and "super aging" countries. A the same time, the aging speed will exceed the low fertility speed, and the present male-female ratio imbalance will change for the better. Obviously, the short-term effect of "universal two-child" policy, which aims at comprehensively adjusting the population structure, is not manifest, but it will improve population sex structure and internal structure of family.
