The Function Realization Mechanism of the Communist Party Organization Embedded in Social Organizations from the Perspective of Structural Functionalism——A Case Study on the Communist Party Building of Social Organizations

嵌入社会组织中的党组织需要找到自身的功能定位,采用创新的社会组织党建机制,才能够实现领导和整合社会的战略目标。结构功能主义视角有助于我们分析社会组织党组织功能实现的过程和机制。通过对一个社会组织党建个案的研究发现,突出党组织作为支持系统的资源整合,居间关系链接的路径引导,精英吸纳与相互嵌入相结合的聚合方式,以及行动和服务中的价值渗透与传递,可以成为党组织功能实现的一种有效机制。

The Communist Party Organization embedded in social organizations could only achieve the goal of the society leadership and integration, when the Party locates its function and adopts the innovativesocial organizations communist party building mechanism. It is useful for us to analysis the process and mechanism of function realization of social and party organizations .Through the case study of Communist Party building in one social organization, the research argues that the effective mechanism for the Communist Party to realize its function should include 4 elements, which are to integrate the supportive resource; to guide the relation building between internal and external links; to build the mutual embedding model between the Communist Party and the social organizations, and to advocate the value of the Communist Party through action and service.
