“邻避”研究的概念谱系与理论逻辑——文献梳理和框架建构

Conceptual Pedigree and Theoretical Logic of "NIMBY" Research——Literature Review and Frame Construction

在当前各类研究邻避现象的文献中,散布着一组"家族相似性"的概念,它们有着共同的词源基础——邻避(NIMBY),但经由不同组合方式所衍生的新词汇之间在概念内涵或行为性质上可能存在显著区别。对指涉不同的概念不加区别地运用甚至混用,在一定程度上造成了相关学术概念的繁芜,这不仅不利于形成共同的学术对话起点和理论知识基础,也不利于对复杂邻避现实的认识与把握。本文试以辨析和廓清邻避概念谱系为基础,以邻避事件生发与演进过程为逻辑线索,初步构建了一个由邻避对象、邻避态度与邻避行为组成的邻避事件分析框架。

There is a group of ＂family similarity＂ concepts in the current literature on the study of NIMBY phenomena, they share a common etymology base - NIMBY, but there may be a significant difference in the conceptual connotation or behavioral nature of the new vocabulary derived from different combinations. The indiscriminate use or even mixed use for different concepts, to a certain extent, resulting in the relevant academic concept of themiscellaneous, it is not only unfavorable to form a common starting point of academic dialogue and theoretical knowledge base, but also is not conducive to the understanding and grasping of the complex and diversified NIMBY reality. Therefore, this paper attempts to construct an analytical framework composed of NIMBY object, attitude and behavior. It is based on the N1MBY conceptual pedigree, as well as the evolutionary logic of the NIMBY event.
