摘要 为了应对全球化挑战,新加坡于2014年颁布了新修订的品格与公民教育课程标准。该标准秉持"学生为本,价值导向"的设计理念,对品格与公民教育的目标、课程结构与核心概念进行了明确界定,并提供了具体的实施原则与教学方法。该标准具有较强的针对性和适切性,对丰富我国德育课程理念,明确德育实施原则以及营造德育体验情境等有重要的启示。 To prepare children for the future global challenges, the Singapore Ministry of Education has published the new Syllabus on Character and Citizenship Education (CCE). Based on the concept of"students- first, and values-oriented", the new Syllabus define and clarify the goal, the structure, and the core concepts of the CCE, following by the concrete rules for implementation and pedagogy. Meanwhile, the syllabus has clear objectives and strong relevance, bringing us with vital enlightenments concerning enriching the ideas of our morality education in China, clarifying the implementing principles, and creating real context for students to experience the moral education.
