摘要
世界部分教育发达国家为提高学前教育质量,已构建了较为完善的学前教育质量保障体系。借鉴发达国家和地区的经验与做法,结合当前我国学前教育改革与发展的特点与趋向,在构建我国学前教育质量保障体系时,建议采取如下措施:制定统一的学前教育质量国家标准;建立科学的学前教育质量评估指标体系;构建以提高质量为目的的学前教育质量政府监管体系;构建内外结合,以内为主的学前教育质量评估机制;建立完善的幼儿教师质量保障体系;构建和谐的家园合作共同体。
In order to improve the quality of preschool education, some developed countries in the world have already established a perfect quality assurance system of preschool education. Drawing lessons from the experience and practices of some developed countries and regions, this paper makes a comparison with the characteristics and trends of the reform and development of pre-school education in China. As a result, some measures may be taken in building quality assurance system in preschool education, including the construction of quality standard system, of specific operational quality evaluation index system, of government-leading quality supervision system, of combination of internal and external quality evaluation system, and of quality assurance system for kindergarten teachers, as well as the establishment of well-running cooperative relations between families and kindergartens.
