一流大学视角下一流研究生教育的思考

On First-class Postgraduate Education in First-class Universities

要加快建成世界一流大学,必须加快建设世界一流的研究生教育。在我国研究生教育发展历史较晚、竞争实力相当悬殊的条件下,只有深刻认识一流研究生教育对于一流大学的重要意义,树立"自知自信、自立自强、自省自闯"的战略思维,并从目标定向、师资建设、苗子选拔、机制建构、现实导向和国际合作等方面采取"超常规"的改革行动,才能尽快建成一流的研究生教育,促进"中国特色、世界一流"大学的建设。

To accelerate the construction of world-class universities,we must accelerate the construction of world-class postgraduate education.In the circumstances that China has a short postgraduate education history and a wide gap in terms of competitiveness,we must clearly understand how significant a first-class postgraduate education means to a first-class university.The author believes that only by holding high the strategic concept of ＂self-awareness,self-confidence,selfreliance,self-introspection and being creative＂,and by taking extraordinary reform actions for target orientation,faculty improvement,talented student selection,mechanism construction,realistic guidance and international cooperation can we reach the goal of making first-class postgraduate education as soon as possible and promote the construction of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.
