摘要
管棚注浆法是软弱围岩开挖通常采用的一种超前支护技术。以某隧道深埋段塌方为例,通过MIDAS/GTS NX模拟了采用管棚注浆预加固和不采用预加固时围岩的变形情况。定量分析了管棚注浆法的加固效果,说明采用管棚注浆法能有效减少初期支护的变形,改善围岩失稳情况,因此管棚在处理深埋大塌方及在软弱围岩施工中有显著作用。
Shed-pipe combined with grouting technology is an advanced support technology used in soft rock excavation. Examples of a landslide of deep buffed tunnel are presented in this paper. Midas GTS NX was adopted to simulate the displacement field of the surrounding rock and support structure in two conditions (without and with shed-pipe grouting). Quantitative analysis of the support effect of the shed-pipe combined with grouting technology was carried out. The results show that the deformation of the tunnel support structure can be dramatically reduced and the instability of surrounding rock can be improved. Accordingly, shed-pipe shows a considerable effect in dealing with deep buried large landslide in soft surrounding rock.
