集料含泥量对减水剂性能影响及敏感性研究 被引量:2

摘要 工程中砂石含泥量对减水剂性能造成不利影响,为探索集料含泥量对减水剂性能影响规律和影响机制,系统研究了砂含泥量对聚羧酸减水剂、萘系减水剂的减水性能影响,并进行了减水效果敏感性分析。结果表明:砂含泥量为3.0%~3.4%时,减水剂的减水效果对砂含泥量的敏感性最高,聚羧酸减水剂掺量增加,砂含泥量对其减水效果影响增大;砂含泥量小于3.0%时,大掺量萘系减水剂对含泥量敏感性较小;含有微量的黏土,能够提高萘系减水剂的减水效果。 The performance of water-ruducers is affected greatly by silt content of aggregate. In order to explore the influence law and influence mechanism of silt content on water-reducers, the influence of silt content of sand on water reduc- tion performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and naphthalene superplasticizer was systematically investigated. Sensitivity analysis of water-reducers was conducted. The results show that water reduction performance of superplasticizer is sensitive to the 3.0% - 3.4% of silt content; A certain amount of silt can contribute to the improvement of water reduction performance of naphthalene superplasticizer.
