摘要
目的探讨钛合金弹性髓内钉与切开复位钢板固定治疗儿童四肢长骨干骨折的效果。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年8月收治的36例四肢长骨干骨折患儿作为研究对象,根据入院顺序进行编号并利用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各18例。对照组予以切开复位钢板固定治疗,观察组实施钛合金弹性髓内钉治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间分别为(67.8±2.4)min、(62.4±10.1)ml、(55.7±2.6)d,均明显优于对照组的(98.5±3.3)min、(133.7±9.5)ml、(80.5±3.7)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率、骨折愈合优良率分别为5.6%、94.4%,均明显优于对照组的27.8%、72.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钛合金弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢长骨干骨折的效果明显优于切开复位钢板固定,具有术中创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优势,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of titanium alloy elastic intramedullary nail and open reduction and plate fixation in the treatment of limb long bone fracture of children.Methods 36 children with limb long bone fractures from January 2014 to August 2015 in'our hospital were selected as the subjects.All the subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission and random number table method,18 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Open reduction and plate fixation,the observation group was treated with titanium alloy elastic intramedullary nail,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time in the observation group were (67.8±2.4)min,(62.4±10.1)ml and (55.7±2.6)d,respectively,whieh were significantly better than those in the control group (98.5±3.3)min (133.7±9.5)ml, (80.5±3.7)d,the results were significantly different (P〈0.05).The incidence rate of complications and the excellent and good rate of fracture healing were 5.6% and 94.4%,respectively,which were significantly better than those in the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion The effect of titanium alloy elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of limb long bone fracture of children is better than that of open reduction plate.It has the advantages of small intraoperative trauma,quick recovery and less complication,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
