摘要
以中石化扬子石化SE-东方炉粉煤气化装置原料煤为研究对象,分析测试了神华、朱集西的烟煤和贵州、晋城、高平的无烟煤以及3种混配入炉煤粉的气化反应活性。研究表明,上述煤焦气化反应活性依次是:神华煤>朱集西煤>晋城煤>高平煤>贵州煤;温度增加对煤焦气化反应活性有良好促进作用;在应用混配煤时,应尽量以气化反应活性较弱煤的气化活性作为设计依据,从而提高气化反应的碳转化率。
Raw coals for SE-gasifier pulverized coal gasification unit in SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. were used as the research objects in the paper. The gasification activity of bituminous coals including Shenhua coal (SH) and Zhujixi coal (ZJX), anthracites including Guizhou coal (GZ), Jincheng coal (JC) and Gaoping coal (GP) and 3 kinds of blended pulverized coals were investigated and analyzed. The results indicated that the gasification activity followed in the order of SH〉ZJX〉JC〉 GP〉GZ,and increasing temperature could improve the gasification activity. When using blended coals as the material,the gasifier should be designed based on the coal with weaker gasification activity in order to enhance the carbon conversion inside the gasifier.
