改良经椎间孔椎体融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Modified Transforaminal Lumbar lnterbody Fusion to Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察改良经椎间孔椎体融合术（MTLIF）治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）的临床效果。方法选择20132015年开原市骨科医院收冶的单节段LDH患者67例，采用MTLIF进行治疗，对治疗效果进行观察。结果患者术后Denis疼痛分级、腰椎前凸角及活动度、腰椎功能评估结果均优于术前，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．0S）。结论MTLIF治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症综合疗效确切，值得基层医院推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of modified transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion （MTLIF） to lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods Sixty-seven cases of patients with single segmental LDH from 2013 to 2015 admitted in Orthopedic Hospital of Kaiyuan City were selected and accepted MTLIF. The curative effect was evaluated. Results After the operation, the Denis Pain Classification, the lumbar lordosis angle and motility were significantly better than those before the operation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The MTLIF has a certain curative effect in single segmental LDH and is suitable for promotion by primary hospital.
