微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折效果观察

Observation of Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Fixation in the Treatment of Extra-articular Distal Tibial Fracture

目的探讨微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的疗效。方法选择2014年8月～2015年9月青岛市第八人民医院收治的胫骨远端关节外骨折患者96例，随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采用交锁髓内钉术，观察组实施经皮钢板固定术，比较两组术后恢复以及踝关节功能恢复情况。结果两组手术时间、住院时间及术后踝关节功能评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折，患者术后恢复快、踝功能好，值得推广应用。

Objective To study the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation in the treatment of extra-articular distal tibial fracture. Methods Ninety-six cases of patients with extra-articular distal tibial fracture in Qingdao Eighth People＇s Hospital from August, 2014 to September, 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nailing, while the observation group was given the treatment of percutaneous plate fixation. The postoperative recovery and ankle function recovery of the two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in operation time, hospitalization time and postoperative ankle function scores （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with extra-articular distal tibial fracture recovered quickly with good ankle function after the treatment of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation, and the treatment is worthy of popularization and application.
