摘要
从技术与经济性角度,开展了两类蒸发气(BOG)压缩机的对比研究,结果显示,低温BOG压缩机工作简单、辅助设备少、占地面积小、调整控制灵活,更适应LNG工厂BOG动态变化的特点,在技术上优于复热BOG压缩机。选取了两个中型LNG工厂实际案例,计算BOG压缩的主要经济指标,发现采用低温压缩机的年均使用成本比复热压缩机低20%以上,经济性更好。
From the technical and economic point of view, a comparative study is carried out on BOG compression at cryogenic and ambient suction temperature. The result shows that the cryogenic compressor is characterized by simple and flexible operation, small footprint, and is well adapted to the dynamic characteristics of BOG compression system, so cryogenic BOG compressor is technically superior to ordinary compressor with BOG reheating. Taken two cases of medium type LNG plants, some key economic indicators are calculated, the average annual cost of cryogenic compressors are lower than that of ordinary compressors by more than 20%, more efficient with better economy.
