摘要
农村居民能源消费分散,品种低端,污染排放高,是雾霾重要成因之一。农村能源数据越来越受到广泛关注,但目前农村能源统计相对薄弱,缺乏较为完善的方法体系。本文从统计方法设计的角度出发,结合北方农村居民能耗的特点,明确定义了农村能源统计的范围口径,设计了针对采暖用煤、其他常规能源和可再生能源的分块统计方法和指标,提出了全面调查与多阶段分层抽样结合的调查模式,具有一定的可行性和实践意义,对于农村地区能源转型升级和能源管理具有重要的推动作用。
The energy consumption of rural residents is dispersive, rudimentary and polluted. It is considered to be one of reasons to form fog and haze. Therefore, the energy data is increasingly concerned, while we still do not have a complete and suitable statistical method to produce data yet. In this paper, we have a comprehensive consideration of statistical principle and rural energy consumption. On this basis, we define the range and the caliber, and design the methods of investigation and the multistage stratified sampling so that we can carry out statistics in three aspects: coal, other conventional energy and renewable energy. We expect that the research will be applied to rural energy management and promote energy transformation and upgrading.
