摘要
采用大型旋流化解聚热风干燥提质工艺及成套设备对李家壕煤进行工业性试验,分析了干燥后产品的煤质变化及其粒度变化特征,并指出干燥成品样的水分较原料煤的水分降低约15.0%。干燥产品的复吸试验表明,试验样品在前24h的复吸速率较快,超过48h后其全水分变化不明显。经48h复吸试验后表明,成品样的全水分约增加2%。为避免煤堆表面复吸水分,建议干燥后成品样的水分控制在10.5%左右。
Using the large scale spin fluidization depolymerization hot wind drying quality improving technology and a set of equipment to do the industrial experiment for Lijiahao coal,this paper analyzed the coal quality change and particle changing characteristics of the product after drying,the moisture content of finished product reduced by 15% compared with the raw coal.The relapse test of the drying product showed that,the relapse rate was rapid in the first 24 h,beyond 48 h,the total moisture content did not change obviously.The 48 hrelapse test showed that,the total moisture content of the finished product increased by 2% approximately.In order to avoid the surface of the coal relapsing moisture,it was suggested that the moisture content of finished product after drying should be controlled at 10.5% approximately.
