煤炭采制样系统安装混匀器必要性的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为检验煤炭采制样系统中安装混匀器的必要性,对在线制样系统进行试验研究。试验研究结果表明,装有混匀器及无混匀器的在线制样系统精密度和偏倚均满足要求。将装有混匀器的在线制样作为标准方法,无混匀器的在线制样作为可替代方法,进行可替代方法研究时分析发现该两种方法间无差异。为减少煤样交叉污染,建议在煤炭采制样系统整流和切割次数满足要求的情况下取消混匀器。 To examine necessity of mixing homogenizer installation in coal sampling and sample preparation system,the on-line sample preparation system was researched.The experimental research results showed that,whether the mixing homogenizer was installed on the online sample preparation or not,the precision and bias could all meet the requirements.Take the online sample preparation with mixing homogenizer as the standard method,take the online sample preparation without mixing homogenizer as the instead method,when the alternative method research was done,we could find that there is no difference between two methods.In order to reduce the coal sample cross contamination,if the coal sampling and sample preparation system rectification and cuts time could all meet the requirements,the mixing homogenizer could be cancelled.
