This paper demonstrated the system process flow,equipment composition,equipment performance parameters,equipment structure characteristics and technological innovation points of container type of coal mechanical sample preparation device which is integrated and easy to transport demonstrated,and introduced some matching monomer equipment such as screw feeder,hammer crusher,belt division machine,sample collection equipment and electronic control system.This mechanical sample preparation device can be matched with the primary sampling machine,which is suitable to do the automatic sample preparation treatment of primary subsample for bulk material like coal,and especially suitable for automatic sample preparation of primary subsample on small and medium scale of coal transportation belt;this equipment can also be used for crushing and division of large amount of sample after manual sampling.
