摘要
通过分析红外光谱法测定煤中全硫的原理,探讨影响红外光谱法测定结果准确性的3个因子,即抽气流量、比较水平、称样质量。每个影响因子选定3个水平并按正交方法安排试验,通过方差分析确定3个因子对红外光谱法测定煤中全硫准确性的影响大小,从而确定主要影响因子以指导红外光谱法测定煤中全硫时的异常情况处理。
By analyzing the principle of using infrared spectrometry for total sulfur determination in coal,this paper discussed 3factors affected the accuracy of infrared spectrometry method determination,which were the pumping gas flow,comparison level and weight of the sample.Every influencing factors selected 3levels,and the experiment was arranged according to orthogonal method,through analysis of variance,the effect of the 3influencing factors which affected accuracy of total sulfur determination using infrared spectrometry,could be determined,so that the main influencing factors could be determined to guide the abnormal situation in infrared spectrometry method for total sulfur determination.
