某洗煤厂锅炉水质问题分析与处理方法 被引量:1

摘要 为解决某洗煤厂锅炉房给水水质长时间不合格的问题,分别对锅炉原水及水处理系统各设备进出口水质进行化验,发现给水中固体悬浮物与硬度超标的主要原因是原有盘式过滤器过滤等级低、软水器树脂装填不足且受到煤粉杂质污染。结合厂区实际水质特点对水处理工艺进行优化改造并提出整体解决方案,将原有的盘式过滤器改进为过滤等级更高的多介质过滤器,软水器改造为双级软化器,升级自动控制单元并对树脂进行装填清洗。改造后经处理的入炉水质符合国标要求,促进了锅炉的安全稳定运行。 In order to solve the problems caused by unqualified water quality of a boiler house in a coal washery,the raw water of boiler and the water inlet and outlet each equipment of the water system were analyzed,it was found that the main causes which made the suspended solid and hardness in water beyond the index were the low grade of the existing disc filer,lack of resin filling in softener and the pollution caused by pulverized coal impurities.Combining with the actual water quality characteristics in factory area,the water treatment technology was optimized,the overall solving plan was proposed as well,the existing disc filter was replaced by multi-media filter with a higher inappropriate type,the softer was transformed to double-grade softer,automatic control unit of the softer was improved,the resin was washed as well.After the transformation,the water quality after treatment could reach the national standards,the safe and stable production of the boiler could be ensured.
