赵家寨矿原煤自动化监测分储系统的应用

摘要 简述原煤自动监测分储系统在赵家寨矿应用的必要性,从煤量和煤质的自动监测、主站自动控制分煤器自动分煤、各区间煤数量和质量的统计等方面进行系统设计,利用在线灰分监测仪并结合PLC控制技术、网络技术和现代通信技术以实现筛选后原煤按发热量的不同进行分运、分储、分销。 This paper introduced the necessity of application of automatic monitoring and separate storage system in Zhaojiazhai coal mine,from aspects such as the amount of coal,coal quality automatic monitoring,main station automatic control for automatic coal separation using separating machine,the statistics of the amount of coal and coal quality in every interval,the system design was done,utilizing the online ash monitoring and combining with the PLC control technology,internet technology and modern communication technology,the separated transportation,storage and sale according to different calorific values of raw coal after screening could be realized.
