摘要
某电厂水浴器进水管道发生腐蚀泄漏现象,为防止事故再次发生,在泄漏较严重部位取样,通过光谱、金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱等检测仪器对试样进行全面分析,结果表明,管子本身存在非金属夹杂物,且组织不均匀;水的pH值呈碱性并含有磷酸根离子,内外因共同作用使水浴器管道最终发生腐蚀泄露。
The water pipeline of a power plant’s water bath was corroded. And in order to prevent the accident from happening again,the samples from the more serious leakage parts were fully analyzed by the spectrum analysis,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum detecting instrument. The results showed that there were non-metallic inclusions and uneven organizations in the pipe. And the water was alkaline and contained phosphate ions,which finally caused the corrosion leakage of the water bath pipeline.
