摘要 为了解决无炉水循环泵超临界CFB锅炉启动初期蒸汽温度高、压力低且管壁易超温问题,分析了给水、床温、风量等参数对锅炉启动过程的影响,提出改变最小给水流量,降低床温、风量等参数的启动控制方法,并在国内首台1215 t/h超临界CFB锅炉实际启动过程中进行了检验,结果表明:采用该启动控制方法后,锅炉启动过程顺利可控,各受热面无超温,主要参数达到设计值。证明了该方法的合理性,对同类型锅炉启动工作具有一定的借鉴意义。 To solve high steam temperature and low steam pressure and tube - wall over - temperature problem of supercritical CFB boiler without boiler circulating pump at start - up initial stage. This paper is to analysis the influence of feed - water, bed temperature, air flow and other parameters on the start - up process of the boiler. A starting control method of changing minimum feed - water flow and reducing bed temperature and decreasing air volume is proposed. And this start - up method was verified in the start - up process of domestic first 1215 t/h supercritical CFB boiler. The results show that the starting control method is reasonable, boiler start - up process is smooth and controllable, and tube - wall has no over- temperature, and the main parameters can reach the design value. It has certain referential mean- ing for the same type boiler start -up work.
