摘要
为了解决冬季煤炭的安全运输问题以及减小运输成本,本文对成分为氯化钙乙二醇混合物的煤炭防冻剂在不同环境温度下的冻结规律进行了理论分析和实验研究,建立了喷洒防冻剂后的煤炭三维冻结非稳态模型,对冻结过程中的温度场演变进行了数值分析,同时结合相似实验,确定了不同煤炭含水率下煤炭在不同喷洒量下的冻结特性,在此基础上明确了在不同环境温度和煤炭含水率下,防冻液的喷洒量。这一研究将为煤炭冬季运输中氯化钙乙二醇混合物型防冻液的科学喷洒提供理论指导和参考,有利于在实现煤炭安全运输的前提下降低运输成本并起到保护环境的作用。
In order to solve the transportation security problems and lower the coal transportation cost in winter, the paper analyzes the theories and conducts experiments on the freezing law in different tempera- tures of this coal anti - freeze which component is calcium chloride mixture of ethylene glycol. It builds a three -dimensional freezing unsteady -state model based on the coals sprayed by the antifreeze. It also analyzes the statistics of the temperature field evolution during the freezing process. Combining the results of similar experiments, the paper concludes the coal' s freezing features in different moisture contents and different spray amounts. Based on this, the paper determines the spray amounts under different tempera- tures and moisture contents. The research results will give theoretical instructions for calcium chloride mixture of ethylene glycol - type anti - freeze' s proper spraying during the process of transporting coals in winter, and can help lower transportation costs and protect the environment on condition of security trans- portation.
