摘要 为提高海上油气田整体用能效率,运用热力学第二定律建立海上油气田注水系统、机采系统、原油处理系统、天然气压缩系统和发电系统五个主要耗能系统平衡模型,运用平衡法则建立整个油气田的平衡模型,对流来源和去向进行定量计算。结合实例分析发现回注水温度过高、燃气发电机烟气余热未加利用、泵效低、管线散热是导致整体效率低的主要原因,对发电系统加装余热锅炉可显著提高系统效率。 To improve the energy utilization efficiency of Offshore Gas & Oil field, exergy equilibrium models of water injection system, production system, processing system, gas compression system and power generation system are established based on the second thermodynamic law. Then exergy model of the whole field is built following the balance equation. According to sample analysis, the results show that the main reasons why exergy efficiency can' t be improved are the high temperature of injection water, flue gas waste heat loss, low efficiency of pump and abstraction of heat through the pipes. Installation of waste heat boiler on power generation system can significantly develop the exergy efficiency.
