摘要
本文为解决水泥企业现有烧成、原料及煤粉制备系统已存在的生产瓶颈问题,提出对整条水泥窑生产线进行优化;针对稳定窑产量,降低烧成系统热耗,加大煤质的适应范围,对旋风预热器、篦冷机等窑系统实施技术改造。通过改造,使设备性能发挥最佳化,实现标准煤耗由129.66kg/t下降至126.95 kg/t,每年可节约4 797 t标准煤,具有良好的节能效果。
In order to solve existing bottleneck problem of firing, raw materials and coal preparation sys- tem in cement enterprises, put forward the optimization of the whole production line of cement kiln. For stabling kiln output, reducing heat consumption of firing system and increasing the coal adaptability, im- plemente technical transformation for kiln system of cyclone preheater, grate cooler and ect. The equip- ment performance plays a best through thetransformation. To achieve the standard coal consumption de- creased from 129.66 kg/t to 126.95 kg/t, save 4 797 t standard coal every year, and has good energy saving effect.
