翻板滤池反冲洗存在问题及解决措施

Existing problems of shutter filter backwashing and solving measures thereof

针对翻板滤池反冲洗时存在的废水溢流、反冲洗废水排放不完全、滤层扰动问题,在分析反冲洗过程的基础上,从滤池构造、反冲洗泵配置及运行参数调整等方面提出解决措施,对溢流废水和初滤水的排放以及反冲洗完毕缓冲阶段的水泵运行参数进行了优化。

In view of the problems such as： wastewater overflow, incomplete backwashing wastewater dis-charge, filtering layer disturbance, which existing in shutter filter backwashing, solving problems were pointed out from aspects of filter structure, backwashing pump configuration and operation parameters adjustment on the basis of procedure analysis. The solving measures for the problems of the discharge of overflow wastewater and initial filtrated water were put forward as well as the operating parameters in the buffer stage after the backwashing unit optimized at the same time.
